A Venezuelan naturalist in Canada?!

Rodney left his home country after having traveled all over - leading natural history tours and exploring on his own (he could tell you some CRAZY stories about his experiences with anacondas!).  A bird nerd at heart, Rodney has a passion for studying the behaviour, population, and distribution of birds.  Stemming from his musical interests, Rodney has created his own collection of bird sounds from Venezuela and is currently compiling one for Canada.  His "toys" for a successful walk in the woods include (but are not limited to): binoculars, tape recorder, microphone, scope, and camera ...

Three years after his arrival, Rodney is becoming more Canadian - he now loves snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing.  Hiking and mountain biking are other ways he has been getting to know his new home.
