Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: To redeem your points, ask your cashier at the checkout.
Q: How many points can I redeem at one time?
A: You can redeem up to your maximum account balance, in 10,000 point increments. The minimum number of points you can redeem at one time is 10,000.
Q: I’ve registered a new account and my starting balance is 0, but I’ve made a purchase within the past 365 days. What gives?
A: Your reward points are tied to your email address. If your starting balance is 0, we may not have your current email address on file. Please contact us so we can get your account linked.
Q: How long does it take for reward points to appear after a purchase?
A: Reward points may take several days to appear on your balance after a purchase, but are typically credited within 24 hours. Online orders in particular may be subject to delays. If you believe there is an issue with the amount of points credited after a purchase, please contact us within 45 days of the suspected error.
Q: Can reward points be redeemed online?
A: At this time, rewards can be redeemed in-store only.
Q: How do reward points relate to store credit?
A: Reward points and store credit are not interchangeable. Registering for Wild Rock Rewards has no impact on your current store credit balance. Store credit will continue to be issued when applicable.
