This is your chance to shop for great deals on used cross-country ski gear for the whole family! The Swap is CASH ONLY, which means no haggling, prices are as marked.
Plus! The Canadian Ski Patrol will be on site, showing off some cool patrol gear, and chatting all things ski safety, volunteering, and local trails.
Pro Tip
If you’re looking for new skis but plan to keep your existing ski boots, bring along a photo of the sole of your current ski boots. It’ll help us guide you to a compatible pair of skis.
Have Gear to Sell?
This year you've got two ways to do it.
Option 1: Sell it at the Swap
Set your own price and drop your gear off at Wild Rock between Monday, November 9 and Friday, November 13. If it sells, you get 100% store credit or 80% cash back. Feeling lucky? This option has a bigger payout potential, but it all comes down to Swap day.
Please double-check the accepted and not-accepted lists below before you come in! We reserve the right to turn away items we feel are unsafe, bound for the donation bin, or just don’t make sense for this swap. Maximum of 10 items per person to sell.
Accepted Items
- Adult or junior cross-country skis, boots, bindings, and poles
- Cross-country-specific apparel
- Snowshoes
Not Accepted
- Alpine ski equipment or snowboards
- Wooden skis or 3-pin bindings
- Helmets of any kind
- Safety equipment (ropes, harnesses, etc.)
- Clothing unrelated to skiing (bring your yoga pants to Wild Again instead!)
Option 2: Trade it in to Wild Again
Wild Again now takes cross-country ski gear! Bring it in anytime and leave with store credit on the spot, without having to wait to see if it sells in the Swap. We take classic waxless, waxable race and skate skis, plus boots and poles, as long as they have NNN, Prolink or Turnamic bindings and are 5 years old or newer in very good working condition.
Not Ski-Related? Wild Again takes that too!
Found more neglected gear in your garage that’s not ski-related? Bring it to the Wild Again desk at the back of the shop and get store credit in exchange!
We accept a wide range of items: technical clothing, outerwear, camping gear, packs, footwear, and more. It doesn’t matter where you bought it; if it’s in good shape and from the kinds of brands we sell, we’ll probably take it.
