Closet Cleaner (Soft shipping bag)
Our Closer Cleaner is the easiest way to send-in your gear. A durable, pre-labeled soft shipping bag will be sent to your door — just fill it, seal it, and send it back. No boxes, no printing, no labels to fuss with. It’s the quickest way to clean out your closet. Already have suitable packaging you can reuse? Choose our Prepaid Shipping Label instead.
How it works:
- Unpack your Closet Cleaner
- Fill the bag with clean gear
- Securely seal it:
- Peel off the liner from the adhesive strip on the flap
- Fold the flap over and press firmly to ensure a strong seal
- Drop it off at any Purolator location, or schedule a pickup by calling 1 (888) 744-7123
Check our Gear Inspection Guide for more details on what we accept. If your gear isn't accepted you can reclaim your gear within 7 days, or we'll do our best to give it a second life. A return shipping fee will apply.
What You Get
If you gear is accepted, you'll get credit (typically 10–25% of the estimated new value), issued as an online gift card.
You can use your online gift card to shop for new and used gear, or to make a donation to the ComPassion Project.
