Wild Rock can do it all. Our bike service department offers repairs to all makes and models of bicycles (and if you’re in the market for new wheels, we’ll custom build a bike for you). Wild Rock is an official Shimano Service Centre and our experienced professional bike mechanics regularly participate in training and recertification programs. Suspension Service
For all our hard tail and full suspension mountain bike riders out there. We recommend adding this service to our standard tune to ensure buttery smooth suspension movement and maximum lifespan of your suspension components.

Standard Tune
Our most recommended winter service will have any style of bike ready for spring. The Standard Tune includes:
• Remove and deep clean all drive train components
• Wheel true
• Inspection and adjustment of bearings (bottom bracket, headset, suspension pivots)
• Brake adjustment and alignment
• Shifting adjustment
• Software update to electronic components for Shimano, Bosch, Fazua, and ebikemotion

In Depth Wheel Service
Our bike wheels see a lot of wear and tear during the riding season, yet they rarely get the love they deserve. We will give your wheel spokes a full de-tension and re-tension to ensure your wheel runs as centre and true as possible plus a hub adjustment to ensure the maximum longevity of your wheels and minimum rolling resistance.
