Whether you have a new bike, or are trying to avoid injury, it’s important to make sure your bike is setup correctly. This setup uses your body dimensions to determine your riding position, seat height, saddle and handlebar position. This is the very least you should do if you are planning to ride a new or new to you bike, or if your bike is “just not comfortable.”.
