With the Ontario stay at home order in place, we encourage you to shop online and choose home delivery. We are also open for curbside services. While our store may be closed to in-person shopping for now, we are still available to help you #GoOutAndPlay.

We are currently open for online shopping, phone consultations, curbside pickup and local delivery, and contact-free bike service during these hours:

Returns
Wild Rock remains absolutely committed to helping our customers fuel their outdoor passions with the best outdoor gear. We understand that sometimes a purchase just isn't quite right.
- Returns can be made for store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. Sale and discounted items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Goods must include original tags and be in resalable condition.
- For the safety of both our customers and staff, delivery drivers cannot accept product returns.
- If you feel that you or anyone in your household has been exposed to COVID-19 or is showing symptoms we ask that you hold your return items for a further 14 days. Please be reassured that we will honour your return request at that time.
