Super High-Carb is powered by Cluster Dextrin™, a highly-complex carbohydrate that digests easily and steadily, like real food. One serving of Super High-Carb provides ~50g of carbohydrates and 200 calories of energy.

4 scoops = ~100g carbs, 400 calories
2 scoops = ~50g carbs, 200 calories
1 scoop = ~25g carbs, 100 calories
As a starting point, add 2 scoops to an empty, dry bottle, partially fill with 4-5 oz of water, shake well, and then add 4-5 oz more water and shake again. For better mixing, let it sit for 15 minutes before use.

One serving gives you up to 50g of carbohydrates, plus the electrolytes lost in sweat, to fuel and hydrate your big efforts. Use more or less mix per bottle depending on your carb needs.
