Swix's VR waxes are a line of fluorinated kick waxes that give excellent grip without sacrificing glide. The fluorocarbon additive is most effective in warmer temperatures close to zero, but these are great waxes for all temperatures.

VR55N Violet is best around freezing temperatures, on slightly moist snow.

• transformed snow (rounded crystals): 0° to -3°C
