Already have suitable packaging to send in your used gear? Save money, time, and materials with a prepaid shipping label. Our prepaid shipping labels let you trade in your gear using boxes or mailers you already have at home — just pack, label, and ship your gear. Need a ready-to-go shipping bag instead? You will receive an email from Purolator with a shipping label and a QR code within 1-2 business days of purchase. Purolator offers both printer-free and printable label options:

If you don't have a printer:

  1. Pack your clean gear
  2. Seal the package
  3. Bring the package and your phone to a Purolator location that offers Label Free Returns
  4. Purolator will scan the QR code from the email on your phone and print a shipping label for your package

If you have a printer:

  1. Pack your clean gear
  2. Print your shipping label
  3. Affix the label to the package, either:
    1. Inside a clear plastic shipping pouch; or,
    2. By covering the entire label with clear packing tape
  4. Seal the package
  5. Drop it off at any Purolator location, or schedule a pickup by calling 1 (888) 744-7123

If your gear isn't accepted, you can reclaim your gear within 7 days, or we'll do our best to give it a second life. A return shipping fee will apply.

What You Get

If your gear is accepted, you'll get credit (typically 10–25% of the estimated new value), issued as an online gift card for wildrock.net.

You can use your online gift card to shop for new and used gear, or to make a donation to the ComPassion Project.
